Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Southpointe Care and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and thorough daily documentation of patient care and observations.
• Precisely transcribing physicians' orders onto Medication Administration Records (MARs) to ensure proper medication delivery.
• Promptly notifying the pharmacy of new orders and changes to patient prescriptions.
• Preparing and safely administering medications as prescribed by the physician, adhering to all protocols.
• Collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of patient care services.

Qualifications

To be considered for this vital role, you must possess:

• A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in Wisconsin.
